What is Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0?

Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 (NAN 2.0) is EPFO’s flagship monthly district-outreach programme. Instead of asking members and employers to travel to a Regional Office, EPFO comes to you — setting up help desks in every district on the 27th of every month, or the next working day when the 27th is a holiday.

The programme has a long lineage:

• 2015 — Bhavishya Nidhi Adalat was rechristened Nidhi Aapke Nikat

• 2019 — Outreach widened by inviting trade-union participation

• 27th January 2023 — Relaunched as Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0, taking the camp to every district — including 500+ districts that do not have a physical EPFO office

The objective is simple but powerful: last-mile delivery of social security — quick, transparent, intermediary-free service for employees, employers and pensioners alike.

Services Available at the Camp

Each venue runs multiple help desks staffed by EPFO officials. You can walk in and get assistance with:

• PF claim filing — online submission and on-the-spot guidance

• UAN activation and seeding

• KYC updation — Aadhaar, PAN, bank details

• Correction of member profile — name, date of birth, bank account

• Pension-related services for EPS’95 pensioners (see below)

• Awareness on EPFO’s digital services and the member portal

• On-the-spot grievance redressal — and where a grievance cannot be resolved on the day, it is registered on the EPFO grievance portal and taken up on priority

• Information exchange with district-level authorities of State and Central Government departments

👵 Dedicated Pension Helpdesk (EPS’95)

A special Pension Helpdesk is set up for EPS’95 pensioners, offering:

• Submission of Digital Life Certificates (DLCs)

• PPO handover on the day of retirement under the PRAYAS initiative

• Resolution of pension queries and disbursement issues
